Great location, walking distance to restaurants,shops, lake and train station. Fantastic staff, reception staff were so helpful, kind and professional. The room location was great, two windows with different views. Extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is available and looks tasty. Local supermarket nearby for fresh bread etc The reception was excellent for the internet connection, also charging sockets. Fresh hot water supplied in flasks when requested. Absolutely great price for the quality of room , service and location. Extremely comfortable and affordable. Updates on weather, activities and any information from reception. Lovely restaurant on ground floor nice menu. Would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean and modern. Staff were helpful. The free transport card was amazing. We got on the busses right outside the door of the hotel and travelled from Rennaz Village to Vevey and up the furnicular and hopped on and off at leisure. The views were spectacular and the busses were very regular. The hotel was handy to everything and although some renovations were happening it was quiet. We would stay there again. The breakfast was adequate.

We had a wonderful experience at J5 Hotel Helvetie. The hotel exudes a charming heritage feel, making it unique and full of character. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, a tidy bit old though. A special mention to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful. She helped us with our travel plans, ensuring we made the most of our stay. Her friendly and attentive service really stood out! Overall, a great place to stay with both charm and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The room was a good size, bathroom well fitted. the floor a little noisy. But an old building nothing to complain about. This visit my wife and I, were given a free upgrade. A very nice gift, from the manager. We were very happy to see our young Greek friend at reception, Konstantin very helpful as normal. As all the staff here go that extra mile to help you.

location was great.Staff were helpful & friendly.Hot water was provided when we asked so was able to make a coffee in room.Fridge was an advantage.Were able to leave our back packs there all day after checking out
